As Exec. Creative Director, the in-house creative team and I crafted a comprehensive corporate identity and brand guidelines that supported operational expansion at startup speed. Thorough market analysis fueled the identity, contributing to nearly doubling revenue YoY.

Brand identity was made real through rapid-fire applications in strategic always-on campaigns. Global brand expression included communications to partners, clients, creator community, and employer branding. Media formats included digital, video, print, OOH, events, AR/VR.
